SO THIS GUY GOES FOR A WALK
What I think was the tone for the Ray Bradbury pedestrian was that he was confused and angered because he did not understand everything that was going on around him because of the futuristic cop car. The plot of the story was why did he get stopped and not knowing why and by who because he did not know where he was going it a cool story because the future can look like that with empty streets and self driving cop cars maybe even cars.
